What’s Included:
- Vaccum the swimming pool.
- Skim the surface & remove the debris.
- Brushing the dirt from the pool walls and deck ( Excludes any types of stains ).
- Test the chemical balance of pool water & necessary chemicals for the proper sanitation of the swimming pool.
- Cleaning the deck area and overflow gutter.
- Cleaning out pump strainer baskets.
- Keeping the pump room clean and maintained.
- Checking and maintaining the proper water level.

Exclusions
- Cleaning and/or removal of any type of stains, marks on grouting , mineral deposits from the tile or pool finish.
- Excess debris in pool due to acts of nature, vandalism, or lawn maintenance.
- Trimming of trees, plants and shrubs from the pool area.
- Swimming pool filters repairs plus installations.
- Swimming pool pump repairs plus installations.
Note: An additional cost is payable for the above ‘excluded’ services, for which we would be delighted to provide a quotation on request.
Please note the following important information:
- Basic pool cleaning equipment is to be provided by the customer – details of which will be provided.
- Charges are based on the size of the pool.
